UPARC Foundation is governed and managed by a community Board of Trustees. Over 25 citizens donate their time and expertise to guide and direct the staff and activities of the Foundation to achieve our mission objectives. Our leadership volunteers commit to a two year term of service during which time they are available to provide not only personal financial support, but also opportunities for others to learn about UPARC in an effort to involve them in our work to help Secure the Future for UPARC.
