Cathy Holland, Executive Director

Cathy returned to UPARC Foundation last May after a 20 year absence from the same position! She has over 25 years of development experience in the Tampa Bay area. She and her husband Roger Dombrowski live in Pasco County and enjoy every aspect of living on the water.

Leslie DiPaci, Development Associate

Leslie joined the UPARC Foundation as Development Associate in January of 2010. Coming to UPARC from the Interbay and Downtown branches of the Tampa Metropolitan YMCA. Leslie has thirteen years of non-profit fundraising and special event experience with the Girl Scouts and both the Suncoast and Tampa YMCA’s. Leslie has lived in Tarpon Springs for 23 years.

Marci Williamson, Bookkeeper

Marci has been with UPARC Foundation for two years. She is married with a daughter. She spends her free time playing tennis, biking and volunteering with the youth group at church.

Jolene Duff, Office Assistant

Jolene Duff came to UPARC Foundation as a volunteer in the fall of 2009. She was drawn to UPARC due to having twin sisters with mental and physical disabilities and wanted to give her time to an organization where she felt needed. In January she became Part-Time. Jolene is a Fine and Graphic Artist as well as a Fitness Instructor, teaching fitness (Yoga, Spin, & Cardio) for over 18 years, which is another way she gives herself to others through health.
